Oilfield services firm Petrofac has announced the appointment of new non-executive director, Francesca Di Carlo.

Ms Di Carlo joins the Aberdeen-based firm from Italian energy company Enel Spa.

She started her career in London with SG Warburg Group where she specialised in corporate finance, prior to joining Telecom Italia Group.
