Huge construction vessel set for Aberdeen arrival

One of the largest subsea construction vessels in the world is slated to arrive in Aberdeen harbour on Thursday.

Skandi Africa, owned and managed by DOF Subsea, was built in 2015 and was awarded Ship of the year 2015 by Nordic shipping magazine Skepsrevyen.

It has been predominately working in West Africa on long-term charter to TechnipFMC.
