Aberdeen vessel firm scoops multi-million BP contract

Aberdeen-based firm Vroon Offshore services has announced a multi-million deal with BP in Trinidad and Tobago.

The contract will see North Sea emergency response vessels and expertise transferred to international waters.

Vroon will provide three specialist vessels to support BP’s operations in the Caribbean.

BP agreed terms for the use of the the VOS Gorgeous, the VOS Fabulous and the VOS Grace.

Vroon did not disclose the contract value.
